This ESRI ArcGIS (version 10.0) point shapefile is an index to the location of 13,722 public point-source coal resource data points in Indiana. This shapefile includes location and coal resource information for each data point. Detailed location and stratigraphic information for each data point are stored in a separate Microsoft Access database named NCRDS_Indiana2010.mdb that is contained in the Indiana Geological Survey Report of Progress 39. COAL_NCRDS_2010_IN shows data points that are included in NCRDS_Indiana2010.mdb.
