The Platts Air Quality Non-Attainment Areas geospatial data layer contains regions representing the geographic extent of areas that are estimated to be out of compliance with the United States Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) air quality guidelines. The air quality guidelines included pertain to Ozone 1-Hour, Ozone 8-Hour, Carbon Monoxide, Sulfur Dioxide, Particulate Matter, and Lead Emission readings.
