Description
This shape file contains points indentifying the known oil and gas refineries in Iraq. The location and nature of the refineries was complied from a variety of sources including MapSearch facilities data. The attributes of the refineries are those which were identified in the MapSearch dataset. The majority of the refineries were identified from thematic CIA maps of the Petroleum Infrastructure in Iraq.
