2007 LandScan Population data has been scaled using the district population data from the World Food Program Food Security and Vunrability Census. The distribution of population was utilized. For each cell in the raster the value was divided by the sum of cells in a district to give the proportion of the districts population in that cell. This ratio raster was then multiplied by the WFP population estimate for the particular district to give the scaled LandScan population data
