This polygon shapefile contains statistics on households with kitchens from the 2002 Census of Chile (XVII Censo Nacional de Poblacion y VI de Vivienda). The census information was collected by the Instituto Nacional de Estadisticas y Censos (Chile) on April 24, 2002. The questionnaire and survey report for this census are included with this download. These data are intended for researchers, students, and policy makers for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production.
