- Complete in 11 sheets? Set includes various issues of some sheets; some issued also by British Middle East Forces (M.D.R. 575); some reprinted by U.S. Army Map Service. Relief shown by gradient tints, hachures and spot heights. Military grid on some sheets. Shows standard and narrow gauge railroads, and three classes of roads or tracks. Some sheets have notes regarding trafficability of terrain off the mapped routes. Some sheets, based on maps by Survey of Egypt, are in English and Arabic. "List of permanent water supplies" on most sheets. 0002 Marginal diagrams: Index to adjoining sheets.
