- This polyline dataset shows the major shipping fairways in the Gulf of Mexico region. This layer includes data for Fall quarter 2012. This layer is intended to assist users in locating and analyzing information related to shipping fairways in the Gulf of Mexico and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production, or to provide a basemap to support graphical overlays and analysis with other spatial data.
