This polygon shapefile contains statistics on marital status for households in Colombia taken from the Censo General 2005 (XVII of Population and Dwelling and VI of Housing). The census information was collected in 2005 by the Departmento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística in Colombia. The questionnaire and survey report for this census are included with this download. These data are intended for researchers, students, and policy makers for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production.
