This polygon shapefile represents population classified as vulnerable communities using ten indicators that reduce the ability of a community to prepare for, respond to, and recover from a disaster. Community Vulnerability Indicators identified by ABAG and BCDC for the Housing and Community Multiple Hazard Risk Assessment project, 2014. This layer is part of the San Mateo County Sea Level Rise Vulnerability Assessment Project. These data are intended for researchers, students, and policy makers for reference and mapping purposes, and may be used for basic applications such as viewing, querying, and map output production.
