Decorative cartouche, compass rose, rhumb lines, ship. Shows waterways, shoals, depths, anchorages, ports. Appears in Blaeu's Zeespiegel, Inhoudende Een Karte Onderwijsinghe in de Konst de Zeevaert, en Eene beschrijvinghe der Seekusten van de Oostersche, Noordsche, en Westersche Schipvaert, Amsterdam: Joan Blaeu, approximately 1643-1644. This copy has pencil inscriptions at bottom: 284; From Bleau's Sea Mirror, Amsterdam 1644. Watermark.
