- Relief shown pictorially. California shown as a labeled island with an indented northern coast and some place names. Depicts smaller islands to the west, but none to the east. Above is not mapped, but "Straits of Anian" is labelled above the island. The Great Wall of China is depicted. Great lakes are complete. A partial coastline of New Zeland and New Holland are shown with dates of discovery. Includes ill. of the solar system, system of the moon, hours of the planets, system of the planets, systems of the world and system of different computations. Hemispheres bordered by text and astrological illustrations. "To the King's most Excellent Majesty, this map is humbly dedicated by his obedient and loyal subject Richd. Marshall".
