- a Iohanne Hugonis Linschotio; Ioann. a Doetechum, Baptista a Doet. fecerunt. Relief shown by hachures. Bar scale on map given in "Vyftyn Duytsche mylen." Oriented with north toward bottom of sheet. Title cartouche to far left; dedication cartouche to far right. Decorative cartouches, coats of arms, compass roses, rhumb lines, ships, whales. "Souffrir pour parvenir, A H Linschoten scrib. Anno 1594." Dutch translation in right half of title cartouche. Appears in Linschoten's Voyagie, ofte schip-vaert, van Ian Huyghen van Linschoten, van by Noorden om langes Noorvvegan de Noortcaep, Laplant, Vinlant, Ruslandt, de Witte Zee, de custen van Candenoes, Svvetennoes, Pitzora, 1601. This copy has pencil inscription in lower left: 445. This copy has watermark.
