- Colored Latin text on verso. Re-issue of Jodocus Hondius' map (see NOR 0029), without the borders. Ships, flying fish, sea monsters and a mermaid riding the waves decorate the seas. "The very full geographical description of Africa is typical of the seventeenth century, and is similar to that of Speed and Bleau." Dr. Oscar I. Norwich David Rumsey Map Center copy 1: Norwich no.
