California as an island with a flat north coast, the northernmost part labeled C. Mendocino. American continent slopes sharply to the right with the Straat Anian separating Anian from America. The maps are surrounded by the queens of 4 continents with indigenous animals. Diagrams of the Ptolemaic and Copernican solar systems lie between the two hemispheres.Issued in a Dutch Bible.
