Historic Boundary (Britain-France) Golan Heights 1923

Description
This line dataset represents the historic Israeli-Syrian boundary line created by the United Kingdom and France in 1923. In anticipation of the defeat of the Ottoman Empire, the UK and France carved up Ottoman territories for themselves. This contentious boundary line between present-day Israel and Syria runs through what is now known as the Golan Heights, a still-disputed territory between Israel and Syria.
