This polygon dataset represents the parameters (nicknamed 'The Clinton Parameters') for the land swap offered up by U.S. president Bill Clinton in 2000. The proposed swap was never formally agreed upon by both the Israeli and Palestinian sides. The polygons in this layer represents the maximum area of land to be officially by Israel as laid out by the Clinton Parameters.
