Green Line Israel and Palestine 1949

Description

This polygon dataset represents Palestinian lands as they are defined by the Green Line, or the de facto border between Israel and the Ocuppied Palestinian Territories. The Green Line was agreed upon in the armistice of 1949 after the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. The border is still highly disputed and specific border territories, originating from demilitarized zones, are still identified as 'No Man's Land.'
